Wiretapped - Computer Security Software etc.

    This is a manually generated changelog to reflect additions/removals/
    changes to files within the Wiretapped archive. If you'd like to be
    informed by email of changes to the Wiretapped archive (as seen below),
    please send an email to wt-changes-subscribe@wiretapped.net. This is a very
    low-volume moderated list announcing upcoming additions to, movements
    within or deletions from the Wiretapped archive, and pertinent information
    about changes as they are made.

      + 2005-10th-Aug: - Added ipsentinel, a MAC-spoofing app to prevent
        unauthorised IP address usage.
      + 2005-10th-Aug: - Added ike-scan, a VPN fingerprinting tool Unix
        and Windows (w/Cygwin).
      + 2005-10th-Aug: - Updated nemesis, including where we mirror
        from.
      + 2005-10th-Aug: - Added ipdump, a packet capture app similar to
        tcpdump for Linux & Windows.
      + 2005-28th-Mar: - Updated the contact email address for
        Wiretapped to web2005a[at]year2005a.wiretapped.net.
      + 2005-11th-Mar: - Added ncrypt, A file encryptor/decryptor/wiper
        used for data encryption of files.
      + 2005-11th-Mar: - Added ncovert, A covert file transfer system
        that uses the TCP protocol.
      + 2005-11th-Mar: - Many mirrors of Sourceforge hosted material
        have been re-enabled with a paid subscription, wget and lots of luck.
      + 2004-19th-Sep: - Many mirrors have been cleaned up in the past
        week during the move of master site functionality to
        tactical.wiretapped.net (203.220.0.26).
      + 2004-19th-Sep: - Added Openswan, an IPSec implementation for
        Linux, ported from FreeS/WAN.
      + 2004-27th-Jul: - Kerberos directory moved from cryptography to
        authentication.
      + 2004-27th-Jul: - Many Sourceforge mirrors are broken because of
        a change at Sourceforge. We're pursuing the matter with them and will
        advise accordingly.
      + 2004-08th-Mar: - Added NAST, a network analyzer sniffer tool.
      + 2004-08th-Mar: - Corrected link to mirror site in Poland (thanks
        Tomasz!), removed testtubebabies mirror.
      + 2004-08th-Mar: - Updated various NIST special publications and
        FIPS drafts, also added interagency reports (new).
