This minor mode provides a simple solution to simply turn off truncate-lines
while cursor is out of window.

To enable this minor mode, just simply do

  (atl-long-lines 1)

You can customize `atl-long-lines-delay' for number of seconds to delay
before toggling truncate-lines.
